LIQUIDATOR'S COMPLETE QUARRYING DISPOSAL AUCTION

Under Instructions from Mr. Stephen Michell of PCI Partners Pty Ltd in the matter of Andrew Goldman Excavations Pty Ltd (In Liquidation) and A &T Goldman Pty Ltd (In Liquidation), the Gordon Brothers Ritchie Bros. Alliance will be conducting an online auction of the assets hosted on IronPlanet. A Buyer’s Premium of 8% for major asset and 12.5% for ancillary assets and GST will be applicable to this sale.

The Liquidator's Complete Quarrying Disposal Auction on IronPlanet features a range of Crushing, Screening, Prime Movers, Tippers, Loaders, Ag Tractors, Mixer Trucks, Vehicles and Support Equipment on Thursday, 30 May.

Explore inventory details, photos, and videos online. Conduct on-site equipment inspections in person on Tuesday 28 and Wednesday 29 May, between 9 am and 3 pm, or by appointment. All assets are located onsite at 69 O’Dwyer Road, Burramine, Victoria 3730 Australia.

Payments and collections must be completed by Wednesday 12 June as site will be handed back to landlord. Items remaining onsite will be transported to a holding yard at the buyer’s expense.

All vehicles will be sold unregistered and license plates will be removed.

Collection times: 8AM – 4PM Monday 3 June – Friday 7 June and Monday 10 June – Wednesday 12 June (No weekend collections)

Loading notes: A 3.5t forklift is onsite and assistance can be given for safe forklift loads. All other loading and transport is the buyers responsibility to be completed in a safe manner (Safe Work Method Statement may be required).
