IronPlanet Launches Real Estate Auction Services
Company to Hold Joint Auction with Higgenbotham Auctioneers International on July 18

Pleasanton, CA — June 30, 2008 — IronPlanet® (www.ironplanet.com), the world’s leading online auction company for used construction and agricultural equipment, announced today that it is partnering with Higgenbotham Auctioneers International (HAI) to launch its real estate auction services. IronPlanet Real Estate, LLC and HAI will hold their first joint auction for a commercial property in Delmar, Del. on Friday, July 18, at 10 a.m. EST. IronPlanet Real Estate will partner with HAI to offer reserved and unreserved real estate auctions, focusing on industrial, commercial and agricultural real estate.

The property is situated in a prime location for commercial and industrial applications, and includes a 15,990-square-foot commercial building and more than 5 acres of land. The commercial building includes office space and is built with masonry block walls and a concrete floor. The building features a 4-year-old roof with a 20-year warranty, three overhead cranes, nine equipment bays, a paint booth and a frame straightener. In addition, the property includes a large paved parking lot, fueling station, a well and a septic tank.

The property is located approximately 9 miles north of Salisbury, Md. and will be available for preview on Friday, July 11, between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.
