análisis de laboratorio.
Los resultados de cada inspección se ofrecen sin costo para que usted revise
el equipo antes de hacer una oferta. Le garantizamos que este informe de
inspección es una representación fiel de la condición real del equipo.

Restricciones
Utilizando las partidas en nuestro Informe de inspección, incluidas todas las
fotografías, como base de comparación, el comprador cuenta con un día hábil
después de la entrega del equipo para realizar cualquier reclamo de discrepancia
significativa entre el estado del equipo al momento de recibirlo y el estado
descrito en el Informe de inspección, en caso de que se aplique la Garantía
IronClad®. Si el reclamo se presenta conforme a los términos y condiciones (ver
sección VI: Términos y condiciones de IronPlanet) y si la discrepancia es
validada a través del proceso de resolución de conflictos de IronPlanet,
IronPlanet puede optar por reintegrar el precio de compra y los costos de
transporte al comprador o resolver el reclamo de otra manera beneficiosa para
ambos.
Atención: todos los conflictos se deben presentar antes del recibo implícito
del equipo, según los Términos y condiciones de la Sección V de IronPlanet, y
están sujetos a una deducción de USD 500.
